Here are my 10 Little Things that Lead to a Happier, Healthier You:

1. Acknowledge God in prayer and He shall direct thy path on a daily basis.
2. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
3. Exercising daily.
4. Watch your food intake.
5. Take out time for yourself.
6. Try to avoid stressful situations.
7. Take out time for your family.
8. Listen to your heart & body and watch out for any changes.
9. Eat fresh fruit and veggies (salads).
10. Tell your love one how much you love them, daily.
