Why I Love My 2005 Toyota Camry!

Why do I love my 2005 Toyota Camry? Overall, it saves on fuel and it's very reliable! It drives very well on the highway, in the city and on tricky dirt roads. I've owned my Camry for 4 years, and I haven't encountered any major problems. My husband and I believe that we invested in a top-quality vehicle from Toyota, and we are proud owners of our Camry. Furthermore, I love how the exterior & interior look, and I would definitely recommend a Toyota Camry to anyone that's looking for a top-quality and dependable vehicle!

Now it's your turn to share your thoughts about Toyota vehicles. Please leave a comment below.

Thank You!

I'm participating in a Toyota/TwitterMoms campaign, which inspired this post. My opinions, thoughts and feelings are my own. As a TwitterMom, I'm eligible for a courtesy gift of $50.

HVAC Installation

Thanks to guest blogger Robby Warren

The local home supply store was very helpful with all my home improvement projects. The first time I discovered how helpful they could be was when I was trying to take measurements for a few windows in the home. They provided detailed instructions. It was almost like having a professional coach right beside me. That is why it is always a good idea to make friends with a few of the sales people at your local home supply store. They usually can provide some very helpful tips and advice on completing many home improvement tasks. So, of course the first person I consulted about hvac installation was the sales staff at the home supply store. They provided lots of good advice on selecting a professional HVAC installation company that provides services to those in the local community and surrounding area. Most of us take the team at the local home supply stores for granted. Most of them are highly trained individuals who provide great advice on everything from installing a few windows to finding the right professional contractor for HVAC installation.

    Independence Day Cake Recipe

This would be a great dessert for the 4th of July Holiday Family gatherings! Here's the recipe:

    • Prep: 20 min
    • Cooking: 45 min
    • Cooling time: 15 min cooling
    • Yields: 12 serving

    • 1 cup water
    • 1 cup instant mashed potato flakes
    • 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 2 2/3 cups granulated sugar
    • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
    • 4 large eggs
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels
    • 1 container (8 oz.) frozen lite whipped topping, thawed
    • 2 cups sliced strawberries
    • 1/2 cup blueberries

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan; line with wax paper.

HEAT water to boiling in small saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in potato flakes until moistened. Cool to room temperature. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl.

BEAT sugar and butter until crumbly. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; beat in potatoes. Gradually beat in flour mixture alternately with milk. Stir in morsels. Spoon into prepared baking pan.

BAKE for 45 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Invert onto wire rack; remove wax paper. Cool completely. Transfer to serving platter.

FROST sides and top of cake with whipped topping. Just prior to serving, arrange strawberry slices and blueberries on top of cake to represent the American Flag.

Remember to follow baking instructions before consuming.
