On February 20, favorite PBS KIDS’ series DINOSAUR TRAIN is back with an all-new hour long special, “What’s at the Center of the Earth?”
In the new special, the Conductor has a surprise for the Pteranodon Family, the Dinosaur Drill Train, an amazing machine that gives its passengers a front row seat as they dig deep below the Earth’s surface to discover fossils and rivers of lava. Produced by The Jim Henson Company, Dinosaur Train encourages kids ages 3-6 to apply scientific thinking as they embrace the living sciences of paleontology and natural science.
Following its premiere, “What’s at the Center of the Earth?” will repeat throughout February on PBS stations and the PBS KIDS 24/7 channel and live stream. New digital content from Dinosaur Train, including a “Fossil Finder” game, will be available February 13 on pbskids.org and the PBS KIDS Games app.
